Pre/post natal fitness overview

A pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising, in fact exercising throughout your pregnancy will mean you are fit and healthy for delivery and the demands of motherhood! Getting back into shape after pregnancy can feel like a monumental task. As qualified post-natal fitness trainers, we are experienced in assisting mothers to get back into shape following birth. As a mother of 2, Nicki has first hand experience of returning her fitness level back too, and beyond, that of her pre child state.

Services overview

We have completed specialisation programmes specifically to address the anatomical and physiological differences of women to enable us to produce results-based programming to help female clients reach their individual health and fitness goals by utilising the evidence-based OPT™ model. In addition, our studio welcomes little ones whilst mum trains. We have travel cots and playpens available to use free of charge along with kids TV! Just bring their favourite toys and everyone will enjoy their time with us

Bronze

Individual package = £180 per month – 4 Individual 1hr 1-2-1 personal training sessions per calendar month 

Silver

Individual package = £240 per month – 6 Individual 1hr 1-2-1 personal training sessions per calendar month 

Gold

Individual package = £280 per month – 8 Individual 1hr 1-2-1 personal training session per calendar month

General Information

Payments to Energise Personal Fitness Ltd are via standing order for all PT packages. Credit/debit card and BACS payments are accepted for all other services. We do not accept cash, cheques or take credit/debit card payments over the phone. Minimum 1 months notice is required to end all fitness packages by either party. Standing orders will commence on or around the 1st of each month. For clients taking out a package mid month, pro rata payment will be taken via credit/debit card at the initial consultation meeting. Standing orders for training partner/couple training plans can be split between clients. Training partner/families and couples are required to train together as part of their package. All personal training package sessions will be taken during the calendar month. Every effort will be taken to accommodate holidays and ensure personal training sessions are completed within the calendar month. Short notice cancellations (<24hrs notice) are chargeable.

Energise Personal Fitness Bronze, Silver, Gold (individual/couple or family), Platinum and Wedding PT packages include:

  • 1hr consultation and initial meeting
  • Diet analysis and individual nutrition advice/plan
  • Training plan to complement 1-2-1 personal training sessions
  • 1hr 1-2-1 personal training sessions as detailed within the package purchased
  • Scheduled reassessments and progress reports

Further services will incur additional charges.

Sports Massage appointments are payable upon booking confirmation by BACS or card payment. Sessions cancelled or no shows will are chargeable.
